By installing, accessing, or using the Rhetoric Audit Chrome extension or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms are provided by Immortal Reality PA LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Rhetoric Audit is a browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to perform forensic media evaluation — including rhetorical, ideological, propaganda, and logical fallacy analysis — on web content selected by the user. The analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to analyze content you do not have the right to access or reproduce.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or disseminate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

The rhetorical analysis generated by the Service is produced by AI models and is intended as an analytical aid, not as definitive or authoritative judgment. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis output. Users should exercise independent judgment when acting on insights provided by the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with the Service are the intellectual property of Immortal Reality PA LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Immortal Reality PA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Crazyrouter AI (AI model routing, including MiMo-V2-Flash and Qwen 2.5 72B Instruct models), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those providers is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
